Human Rights
Self-Ownership Right is the right that an individual has the right to own one's self and no other person can forcibly take that away. This particular right is fundamental to libertarianism and the non-aggression principle.
Property Rights is the right to own things that was acquired through voluntary means.
Contract Rights is the right to make agreements with other individuals.
Property Rights and Contract Rights are intertwine with the Self-Ownership Right. Self-Ownership is the fundamental human right of all humans and that with out this particular right one is just a slave to another. The reason why I point out property rights and contract rights as "rights" is to help explain the Self-Ownership Right. Without Property Rights and Contract Rights one has no Self-Ownership rights.
The Non-Aggression Principle (NAP) is the principle that simply states that one can't use force upon another. People can try to influence one another but the use of force would violate the Self-Ownership Right.
