Happy New Year! - Change is happening! (Yes, and No)

Change is really the only constent.  But there is one thing that won't change it is the ever growing power of government.  It is quite interesting to see liberals chringing over the fact that Trump got elected and he is going to cut the government to shreds.  Really the only politician that has the strength to actually cut government is Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky.  But he is only one Senator out of 100.  Most of the other politicians in both the Senate and House wants to increase power to DC.  An upcoming libertarian/conservative guy Jason Lewis will take office on January 3, 2017.  I have listened to his radio show for a while and actually seeing him in the House in the next couple of years might be interesting but I still have to hold my breath because very few politicians have principles.  It is a bit more encouraging to see two libertarian leaning guys in DC for the next couple of years.
