At the end of the day, I knew that the two-party system will reign. But this time the third party made their biggest impact so far, I wish it went a good 7% for Gary Johnson (Libertarian Party) and a good 3% for Jill Stein (Green Party), but it didn't. This election was very messy and it doesn't need to be messy, the reason why it is messy is because the American culture wants it messy. The whole "he said and she said" went back and forth replaced actual policy discussion that never really took place, it did in the debates but the press wanted to talk about the "juicy" parts of the debates. This is a sick way of doing politics because their isn't any real discussion about actual policies and one's past record. Both Clinton and Trump had some major flaws in both running a campaign I didn't vote for either because both will bring in the destruction of the individual's liberty of Property, Self-Ownership and Contract rights. One could argue that one might be a little better than the other but I can't support the idea of "voting for the lesser of the evils." I had to choose the candidate that best represents the three core libertarian principles that I've been talking about of Property Rights, Self-Ownership Rights and Contract rights. The sad part of this equation is that the Libertarian Party's candidate didn't even make the cut. But moving on, the results shouldn't matter too much as a Christian in the long term because Christ will win eventually. In the mean time I want to make sure that rights of the individual is being protected and the Gospel is clearly preached.
In Christ, Terence S. Kruger (Jr.)
